Ok, so I will save the best for last. Today school was great! YAY! I finally took a picture of the school, and I will put it up :)
At five today I had my first run with my new training group. There are four of us girls, and we are going to run in the Vina Del Mar half marathon in December. That is exciting! The weather is supposed to be nice here in the summer, so I hope it isn't unbearable heat! Tomorrow we are waking up early to go workout! Yeah for the rockin training group! We should be totally awesome and get shirts made or something haha.
Tonight I went to daily mass at my new Church. I saw the guy I ran into last night, I am pretty sure he works there...did I mention this? The Church is not open on Mondays, so when he saw me there he was really surprised. It's not my fault, the door to the main Church was open, so I just thought maybe it was open to pray even when the office wasn't open. It's not that strange of a thought. Anyway...I came back tonight and saw him. No one was in the main Church, so I was like ummm where is mass? He pointed me into a side chapel where there were about fifteen people. Ok, I was already started at by everyone, because I was an outsider. HOWEVER at the end of mass Father points to me and was like and look, we have a new sister with us here tonight. Where are you from? So I had to introduce myself in front of everyone. It was really cool though, because when mass ended like five minutes later EVERYONE lined up to welcome me. I got Bienvenidos and kisses and hugs and it was just great! Sooo it was an amazing experience today at mass. This Saturday is a celebration of some sort, maybe a Holy Day of Obligation, I am still unsure, but they are have masses all day long, so I am going to hit up Church on Sunday and see them all again! YAY!!
Then Ashley came over and we did homework together. Yay Spanish homework! We had like a huge packet though, and we couldn't figure out three of the problems, sooo we asked my brother. He is such a great tutor to have around :) Haha
Have a great night!
