I try to think of creative titles, and that is not working out, my apologies. However, tonight I went with Derek and Jillian to go and take a Salsa dancing class. We mostly practiced basic, but I need a lot of work, basic is perfect for me. At the end of class Derek and Jillian danced swing for everyone. That was a blast! When we went to wait for the metro back home Derek taught me basic swing. I am so excited! Three types of dances in two days! I am stoked!
The best part of the night actually happened on the way to our dance class. Derek, Jillian, and I were talking, and Jillian told us about her outdoors job where she gives nature tours. I couldn't remember where she was from, so I inquired. When she told me North Carolina I got super excited, because North Carolina is the state I want to visit most!! She asked me why and I started, "Well it's all because of my BIFFL Katie Cheney...." She stopped me right there and was like, "KATIE CHENEY!?!?!?!" Jillian knows my BIFFL Katie Cheney from the summer camp that they both work at in North Carolina. AMAZING! The world is so small, and that makes me so happy!
I am off to bed, because tomorrow I have to leave the house at ten till five in the morning to walk to the school and ride the bus to SKI! My family is letting me borrow a coat, but I still don't have pants or gloves...guess I will just rent tomorrow. Look forward to snow pictures that you can be totally jealous of :) :) :)
